a sanctuary near broadway
responsive staff automatic shades in-room safe
i loved how responsive the staff were, particularly when i needed assistance with my luggage. the automatic blackout shades ensured the room remained dark for sleeping at any time. i appreciated the in-room safe because it gave me great peace of mind about my valuables.
the elevators were sometimes a little slow during peak hours.

the hotel is super near bryant park, this provides a calm escape from the city bustle. times square is also just a short walk, it offers easy access to broadway shows and many shops. there is also great public transportation options nearby.

the rooms include nespresso machines with pods, so a great start to your day is very easy. blackout shades helped ensure restful sleep throughout my stay. a fitness center allows for maintaining workout routines even while traveling.

the front desk staff was always very helpful in securing taxis when i needed them. staff members were polite and accommodating, ALWAYS making sure i had everything i needed. the hotel staff promptly delivered any requested items, this showed attentive service.

friendly staff ideal location well kept room
i appreciated the friendly staff i encountered . they were attentive and willing to assist with any requests. the hotel's location was ideal i was near the parade route. the room was large and well maintained.
i found the room to be quite dark . it impacted my overall impression considering the price i paid.

the hotel is near various restaurants and within walking distance of many attractions. convenient subway stations are also easily accessible including grand central station which is very convenient. this accessibility made exploring seamless

i appreciated the modern design and cleanliness throughout the hotel. i did not have to wait long for an elevator which is a plus. the quiet atmosphere at night was another benefit

the room felt dark even during the day. a larger room would have been preferable considering the price i paid. i expected better views from my room. there was scaffolding outside .
