i loved how responsive the staff were, particularly when i needed assistance with my luggage. the automatic blackout shades ensured the room remained dark for sleeping at any time. i appreciated the in-room safe because it gave me great peace of mind about my valuables.

the hotel is super near bryant park, this provides a calm escape from the city bustle. times square is also just a short walk, it offers easy access to broadway shows and many shops. there is also great public transportation options nearby.

the rooms include nespresso machines with pods, so a great start to your day is very easy. blackout shades helped ensure restful sleep throughout my stay. a fitness center allows for maintaining workout routines even while traveling.

the front desk staff was always very helpful in securing taxis when i needed them. staff members were polite and accommodating, ALWAYS making sure i had everything i needed. the hotel staff promptly delivered any requested items, this showed attentive service.
